2.The mechanical properties of forgings after heat treatment should be to comply with the following requirements:

3. Shaft shall be normalizing and tempered (the tempering temperature should be not less than 550℃) after rough machining in order to eliminate inner stress. and Non destructive test should be done according to requirement.
4. The surface of shaft shall be no scar, nick, sharp angle, burr; and the rounded corner should be smooth.
